Insurance
NeuroCenter Associates is a provider for insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid and many commercial insurance plans. We also accept cash, checks and credit cards.
If you have any questions regarding which insurance plans we accept or any billing concerns, please contact us. Please direct questions regarding coverage and benefits to your employer and/or insurance provider.
Prior to scheduling your appointment, please check with your individual insurance company to confirm that your insurance plan is accepted by our office and/or in the network. Our office staff will assist with general insurance questions.
Our staff is here to help you. If you should have any questions regarding insurance filing, fees or your statement, please contact our patient accounting department.
Office Visits
Payment is expected at the time of the service and you will be responsible for any services not covered by your insurance.

We ask that each time you visit our office you bring your insurance card so that we may verify, and if necessary, update your insurance information. It is your responsibility to follow-up with your insurance company to ensure prompt payment within 30 days.
We provide insurance billing. Anything not covered by insurance will be your responsibility. We request payment at the time of your appointment for co-payments and services not covered by insurance.
You may need a referral prior to your appointment.
IF YOUR INSURANCE PLAN REQUIRES REFERRALS FOR SPECIALISTS, PLEASE OBTAIN ONE FROM YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.
Past Due Accounts
If you have circumstances that could prevent you from making a payment, please contact us promptly to make arrangements.
Pre-Certification Or Prior Authorization
Please check with your employer or insurance company to confirm whether or not prior authorization or pre-certification is required for our services.
Prior to scheduling your appointment, please check with your insurance company to confirm that your insurance plan is accepted by our office and/or in the network. For more information, please review our insurance information or contact us. We will mail you a new patient packet that needs to be completed prior to your appointment.
