Experience: 

For the last 20+ years, Dr. Collins has been providing care  to individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions. Special interest in Headaches, Epilepsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Neurodegenerative Disorders and all things neurologic.

Education:

Undergraduate: Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md 

Medical School:  University of Texas Southwestern  Medical School in Dallas, Texas. 

Neurology residency:  University of Maryland School of Medicine in  Baltimore, Maryland.

We may not be the fastest, but we will take the time needed to provide you with the best possible care, because quality care matters. 

Our practice provides neurological diagnostic,  treatment, and rehabilitative services to patients in the Northeast Indiana.  We believe in patient care and are focused on providing care not only in our office but also outside the office where needed.  We  also provide Telemedicine (phone and video teleconferencing) services to patients as wel  due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. EMR services does provide a Patient Portal for access to records and digital office communication.
 

Our office is now located at the Park Lake Professional building on Lake Ave across from the Fort Wayne VA Medical Center. We are no longer seeing patient at the Dupont Road office.
